Clean and with great amenities. Well located.Some furniture, esp a couple of mattresses and sofas in the living room, could use an upgrade. It met all of our expectations for comfortably accommodating our adult family both inside and on the lovely back patio. The beach chairs came in very handy! The house was immaculate when we arrived. The property owner is extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this rental is. The house is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The location is great for walking and for traveling to Newport downtown attractions. The best part was the simple and quick walk to the beach.
