It is so close to everything we love about Newport, primarily Nye Beach and the historic downtown area on the bay.The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for toiletries and cooking. There were ample dishes, glassware (including wine and cocktail glassware) and cookware. There was no syran wrap, foil or ziplocks but there was tupperware for temporary use! They do have a no Crab policy but that makes sense due to location next to Pier and how messy and stinky that can be. Overall we reallly enjoyed it and would come back. The only downside was the check-out time, which was set at 10 AM.
