Stayed here last month and thought we should again. This time, we found two live stink bugs on the drapes and then had the surprise of an empty shampoo dispenser in shower.

Great hotel and decently priced. Continental breakfast was delicious. Pool was on the smaller side but very clean and the bleach smell wasn't strong. Wish they had a hot tub. Workers were friendly and helpful. No complaints!

Diamond in the rough. 2 newer hotels right across the highway. I've now stayed at all three and can say we were happiest with this one. Comfortable beds, good wifi, plenty of hot water. Morning breakfast even had bacon! Will definitely be staying there again

I do want to take a moment and apologize if the temperature of the pool was not to your liking. Unfortunately, per the Health Department, we are required to keep the pool water at a specific temperature for sanitary purposes, otherwise we risk having the pool shut down. Indoor pools are not heated to “hot tub” temperatures; alternatively, they are heated to a certain degree to meet health and hygiene standards. The toilet in the bathroom would come on every once and awhile, due to the clapper not falling correctly inside the tank. So i had to jiggle the handle afterwards.

I can’t specifically point to one motel characteristic with which I was most impressed. I simply felt comfortable there. The overall ambiance was what I recall. Even minor details in our room impressed me: the neat caulking, the perfectly made bed and nice note from the housekeeping staff, the ease of using the wall thermostat. We’ve got nearby relatives and had tried several motels in the area. This was the winner.

First off, Google still has property address wrong. States it is in Newport, KY but actually in Wilder, KY. Secondly, Clerk couldn't find my reservation, had to purchase another room. Contacted Expedia to wouldn't be charged twice, hopefully I won't. Thirdly, neighbors in next room fought all night!! Also people in the hallways running throughout the night (after midnight).

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for some of the issues you experienced, but also address some of the complaints you mentioned.Firstly, we share a zip code with Newport, KY, and sometimes our address shows up as such. Unfortunately, despite numerous efforts on my part personally, we are unable to get this changed as Google determines the address listed due to GoogleMaps, not the business. Secondly, one of the issues you may experience when booking with a third party is that reservation may not be communicated from the third party's server to our reservation department. I always recommend calling the property directly when you book with a third party site to ensure your reservation went through as this is an oversight on their part, not the hotel's. Please also know that we are staffed and available at the Front Desk 24/7 to address any noise complaints you may have, particularly after quiet hours. The staff was great and the breakfast was awesome as well,the only down fall is the indoor pool is not heated and it was like swimming outside in the winter but that's a choice if you like to swim everything else was great.

The hotel was affordable and staff was friendly. The lobby provided a great space for us to play some cards. Unfortunately the beds were incredibly uncomfortable me and the water smelled like sulfur.
