Everything is just they way you want it when you walk in, always clean and as described. The people are very accommodating. The beach is a short block walk and beautiful. It was a little chilly the week we were there but we still enjoyed the location. My dear friend and I decided to rent a house this time instead of staying in a hotel as we celebrated my birthday. The house was in a great location adjacent to the beach so an easy walk. Happy to have garage parking as it would be awful to park on the street. The kitchen was terrific. The bedrooms could use some updating. The pillows need to be replaced. It was very noisy during our stay. They are building a house directly across the street and they started construction at 6:00 am. That was no fun. Also lots of noise late into the night on the weekend. Like until after 1:00 am. ##### Nancy C. Wanted to come home to a clean place that was convenient to everything around us without being crowded. We were looking to spend a few days in SoCal to celebrate with family locally. This location gave us a cozy place to relax between our events with an extra plus...only STEPS to the beach!! Enjoyed the neighborhood and were lucky enough to have family over for dinner. Kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you could possibly need. Loved the access to coffee shop, groceries, highways, ocean, and boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet, which made it a perfect retreat when we arrived back “home” each night. Great space with plenty of living space for our family. The beach chairs and bean bag game were fun touches. The management company is professional and courteous. As a former peninsula resident and someone who still comes to the area frequently, I was so happy to find a spot that accommodated our family so well. Both bedrooms were spacious (my kids loved the bunk!) and the living area was bright, clean, and well stocked. We loved being in the area but away from the traffic of the boardwalk. Will for sure come back and stay! We also had 2 minor issues at check in that were resolved immediately-couldnt' ask for better customer service. We had a great time. ##### Lindsay F.
