Our 44th Street, two-story vacation home, with a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, is ready to provide great lifelong memories for your family's next summer trip to Newport Beach! And check out the new transformation of the main downstairs kitchen! It's a beauty! LOWER LEVEL This portion of our home can nicely host family meals, game nights and puzzle projects around the dining table, or cozy movie time in the comfy living room seating at the end of a full day in the sun and surf. The west-facing front patio is easily accessed through a sliding door from the living/dining areas.
