If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Please note that this is a five-unit building, and both units are located upstairs. \- Only Unit A offers water views; Unit D does not. \- A coin-operated washer and dryer are available and shared between all five units. \- Please note that there is no A/C; however, large fans are provided. For better airflow, we recommend placing the fans near the windows to help circulate cool air indoors. \- The fireplace is nonfunctional. \- Please note that cell reception may be limited in this area. Parking Details: \- There is no designated parking and only has access to street parking on Fernando or Coronado St - Street cleaning on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Parking can be very difficult to find during the summer and holidays. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
