This property is located on Balboa Blvd, which is one of the two main roads on and off the Newport Beach Peninsula. So, depending on the season or time of day, it can be rather busy. Unfortunately, we cannot control the noise from outside traffic (although we sure wish we could!). However, we understand that some people may not be used to the hustle and bustle of such a densely populated area. Therefore, we strongly encourage guests to look at the maps under all property descriptions, so you can see exactly where a property is located. Additionally, you may want to take into consideration the time of year you are booking your reservation. Generally, you can expect less crowds and noise during the off seasons. Furthermore, this property does not come with a designated parking space which is also stated in the description. The Newport Peninsula can be very difficult at times to find street parking. It is highly recommended to take this amenity into consideration prior to making a booking in this area. All of our listings detail the parking available for the specific home. Our customer service staff is well versed in all aspects of each rental we manage, so feel free to contact us 7 days a week with any questions prior to arrival or booking. Regarding the courtyard, we just finished the landscaping yesterday so now it’s in great shape! We’ve also adjusted our system for maintaining the outdoor plants to ensure the watering does not get missed in the future!

There are many reasons for this interaction, however, we understand it may not always be convenient for every guest. If that is ever the case, we encourage you to please call our office to discuss your situation, as we would be happy to make special arrangements to accommodate you.
