The location was terrific, and the view from the property was beautiful. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager, Branden, was excellent. Everything was clean and the management company communicated well. The location in the listing places the property closer to downtown on the balboa peninsula. It is actually about a mile away from there. While this was a surprise, it was not an unpleasant surprise.
