The primary bedroom is in the back of the house with a queen bed and an attached full-size bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a full size tub/shower. The front entrance to the house has a great beach atmosphere with a covered patio (patio on right). You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of Entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN! We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys (shared), 2 Boogie Boards, Surf Board (shared), Beach Wagon (Shared), 4 Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Umbrellas and 6 Beach Towels. We can also offer beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure. The home is proudly hosted by TREASURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
