Home Truths: \- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed at this property at a fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Trash is collected on Monday mornings; bins may block cars from Sunday night through Monday evening (5:30 pm). \- Please note: The laundry room is shared with the downstairs tenant. \- The laundry room should not be left unattended and unlocked. Please ensure it is locked at all times, even while loads are running. \- The building has two floors. This unit is on the upstairs floor; the downstairs is occupied by another tenant. Parking Details: \- Guests may park in any spaces except the two spots closest to the garbage bins (furthest from the ocean), which are reserved for the downstairs tenants. Signage will be provided on-site for clarity. The parking space is located to the left and on the walkway path. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. However, it was Avant Stay (the management company) that won me over. I had to different bookings and I got them messed up. When I showed up to the house, it was not the house we were expecting. They came to the rescue and brought us two blow up mattress, sheets and pillows...all brand new. It was totally my mistake and they helped us anyways. Their customer service was amazing the whole time we were there. They responded quickly to texts when I had questions and were so friendly.
