Sunny California Beach Cottage just 3 minute walk to sand and shops!

Enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather with long walks on the sand, bike riding, dining on the harbor, or relaxing while grilling on our large front patio. Our home was built in 1923 with 2 large comfortable bedrooms added on upstairs. We have a fireplace, large lovely patio and a garage for convenient parking. Our cozy home is on a street with many full time residents who are friendly and quiet. You will quickly realize everything you could need is within walking distance or a short bike ride away. Winter in Newport brings lovely sunny weather and very few people. You will be under 2 hours from San Diego, Santa Barbara, Big Bear Skiing, nice public golf courses and 30 min to Disneyland and other theme parks. Come and enjoy a wonderful get away!
