It is the perfect setting for a Balboa Island vacation. It has direct beach access steps from the large, comfortable patio with amazing views of the bay and Newport peninsula. There are sand and water toys galore, including 4 stand up paddleboards and a kayak. It comfortably sleeps our family and includes private access to a washer and dryer, which is essential with our young kids. The host is wonderful, and super responsive and accommodating. Close to Marine Ave. but wasn't noisy. Comfortable place and enough room for six of us. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bay front location. It was the perfect blend between comfort and necessary. It had everything my family required for a week long stay on the Island. The front porch and immediate beach access, with a bbq on the water front, made it a very relaxing vacation. The owner, Nikki, was very accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Balboa Island. Our family totally enjoyed this Property! Location was great. The host Nikki was really attentive. She even bought us a new blender! Perfect beach for kids. No boat moorings. It is so beautiful here, especially during the Holidays with family. Nikki was very easy to communicate with and she was very responsive to my questions.
