  • This remodeled single-family home offers 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and is located a two blocks from Newport Beach! Upon entering through the front door you are greeted by a warm and inviting fireplace that graces the living room. The French doors provide access to the entertainer’s backyard surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping, covered patio, dual built-in barbecue and flat top grill, above ground spa and soothing fountain. The galley kitchen offers granite counter tops with decorative glass backsplash, white cabinetry and recessed lighting. The spacious master suite offers vaulted ceilings, stone faced fireplace, Plantation shutters, ceiling fan, closet with built-in organizers and French doors leading to a large deck. The bright master bath offers a large walk-in shower with bench, skylight and double sinks. Large secondary bedrooms offer mirror wardrobes, ceiling fans and plantation shutters. The second bath offers dual pedestal sinks and a deep soaking tub. This home also features neutral paint throughout, crown molding, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, central air and lots of storage.
