House was located a couple blocks from a great beach. Dolphins and pelicans just off shore were fun to watch. Close to great food and shopping. Watching the sunset over Catalina Island was beautiful. The house was very comfortable and definitely looks even better than the photos. The location is fantastic. It was great to have two parking spaces. Had a few boogie boards in garage to use. A 2 car garage is a big plus plenty of space. Beachview realty was very helpful in helping us move location to a house that was accommodating to my mother who couldn't go up and down stairs. We ate on the front porch with the nice umbrella every meal. Close to the beach and property has supply of beach towels and chairs which was very convenient.
