  • Your Newport Beach adventure begins at this 3-bedroom house. Inside, you'll find a queen bed and four twin beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. With three bathrooms featuring showers, bathtubs, and even a bidet, everyone enjoys comfort and convenience. The house stays pleasant year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re freshening up with a hair dryer or ironing your favorite outfit, thoughtful touches make your stay easy. This fabulous home invites you to relax and recharge after a day of exploring. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place - either by the fire inside, or if the evening is nice - outside at the fire pit and outdoor TV.

    This is our primary home, so it truly has everything you need! Toys, bikes, drum set/piano, boogie boards, DeLonghi espresso machine, all the balls and outdoor play you'll need to enjoy our fabulous winter weather! We have a fresh organic garden that's yours for the picking - seasonal avocados, artichokes, broccoli, etc.

    We are a 1 minute stroll down a green belt path to a brand new community park and our wonderful community pool, complete with Baja swim deck - perfect for little learning to swim! Five minute walk to the shopping center with grocery, yoga, local bar/restaurants, nail salon, Starbucks and more! Five minute drive to Fashion Island, Balboa Island, and the famous Balboa Island Ferry to the Peninsula, beach and The Wedge! Our neighborhood is safe, family friendly, quiet and surrounded by nature - keep an eye out for Bald Eagles, coyotes, Ospreys and other fantastic Back Bay wildlife.

    While we do own a dog, we do not allow dogs/cats to stay, sorry!
