Great property close to the beach

The property was clean. The kitchen was adequate to cook a big meal. It would have been helpful if it had been stocked with some coffee, but overall, it was a great place.

Great place in Newport Beach!

One of the first places we have rented that actually is as good as it looks in the photos! Clean comfortable and well appointed. Check in was great, Richard was a real bonus!

Great location, great space, well appointed

Large, well-appointed unit in a fabulous location. The hosts are friendly and super responsive. The garage is very small, which is noted in the listing. There is some wear and tear but that didn't really impact our experience.

Newport getaway

The reviews are accurate. Great place, awesome location. Very clean. Beds are comfortable and tons of room. Loved having the garage with bikes, chairs and umbrellas. Great hosts, very responsive.

3 Generations at the Beach!

My wife’s birthday & Mother’s Day fall on the same weekend, so we decided to celebrate at the beach with our 2 adult daughters & their families. This is definitely not a fancy house, but it had everything we needed for a fun & relaxing family weekend at the beach. Management was very friendly, responsive & attentive. Everything worked & the location is steps to the beach & close to shopping & restaurants. Bottom line, we all had a wonderful time! Thanks!

Loved staying here

Took a family vaction and were on the top rental and we absolutely loved it. Great location not even a block from the beach the house was very clean and well maintained and the host was super nice. If your looking for for a place on newport beach i definitely recommended them we made so many fun memories.

Newport Beach

This location was great with easy beach access and then also walking distance to food and store if needed. Awesome amount of chairs and bikes to enjoy which really helped our stay and a great deck to enjoy the sunset and early evening.

Great House by the Sea

The home is in a nice community with a really safe feel. Neighbors were friendly and the access to the beach and a bike path were perfect. We'll be visiting again!

Great beach condo

We loved our two weeks in this unit. The beds were comfortable and it was well equipped with almost everything we needed. Having a garage was a big plus and being at the less busy end of the beach was perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere but just far enough away from the crowds during spring break week.

Perfect location, very well kept house

We had a great time at this beach house! The location was great, just a short walk from a nice beach (with excellent sea shells!) The house was clean and well kept. The owners (and Rollo:) were very nice and accommodating, and we were able to get in touch with them if we needed anything. The house was well stocked with dishes and cookware and it was just an overall great vacation!

So fun!

We had such a fun stay! The property was super nice and clean, the beds and comforters and blankets were nice quality so we had a good sleep. The property manager went above and beyond to assist us in our needs, it was fun! Super close to the beach and having all of the extras including the bikes and the beach chairs and umbrella is a great addition.

Disneyland & Beach Getaway

Absolutely loved this property! Sheryl and Rich are great to work with. Plenty of beds (all very comfy) and space for all 8 of us. Towels and sheets were wonderful too! Location is perfect - so close to the beach and also close to great coffee, donuts and pizza! We just rented the upper unit and already have tentative plans to rent the lower too and bring along more family. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience

The place was beautiful. Perfect beach ambience and decor. Everything you needed for a stay at home meal or play at the beach day. Rollo was so thoughtful and full of information. The whole process was easy and comfortable. Thanks to Michelle for sharing her little piece of paradise with us!!

Fun beach house

This is a nice, bright beachy place. It has spacious master bedroom and bath with a day bed for an extra kiddo. We were able to fit our Honda Pilot into the garage- a bonus. The car never left the garage as we used the four provided bikes (adult-sized).
