From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street. For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun-zone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: \- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation. \-This home consists of 2 separate units \- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected. \-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. \-Parking is provided in an attached residential garage for 3 vehicles. Compact and midsized vehicles are recommended please inquire for measurements. \- The indoor Fireplaces are inoperable and for decoration only. Do not attempt to light. We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the fire pits on the beach provided by the city. PETS - This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees.
