However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. It was very clean and access was as advised and worked well. The beach view is excellent, the beach and patio access are not. The sliding glass doors to the patio are broken and initially, the only way to get to the patio/beach was via the side door. When the sliding door was "fixed", it took two strong men to open and close it.. The patio and fire pit were a main attraction for us so this was very inconvenient. The ice maker was broken but the management company did bring us bagged ice. Both of these problems were know before we arrived but we were not advised of them.
