Private courtyard and 2 Parking spots. This home includes 1 Queen, 2 Singles, and a Full size pullout couch. Our back home is located on the 2nd floor and comes with a smart TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella and 2 Surfboards. Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA The space This property is centrally located on 17th Street between the Balboa and Newport Beach piers. You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach. For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families. Guest access When accessing from the alley please use the white gate on the left side of the home or the white gate on the right side of the home when accessing from the boardwalk. Other things to note IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: \-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. PETS This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
