We rented the whole property (both upstairs and downstairs units). The kitchen was well stocked between the 2 kitchens. Some of the things like cheese grater only the upstairs unit had or things like that. We loved the outdoor space and outdoor eating and fire pit. They had a ton of toys and chairs for the beach that were awesome to have available. The only bummer was that we had a lot of flys get inside because they were hanging out near the pavement by the sliding door.
