Our newly renovated beautiful townhome is an upstairs and downstairs 4 bedroom plus family room. This nearly 1,900 sq ft designer’s home is a modern and casual beauty that comfortably sleeps 9. Upstairs you will find a spacious living room with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs has a large family room with a daybed, stylish kitchenette, game table, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and an outdoor patio. Located in one of Newport's quieter neighborhoods, this property is just a one minute walk to one of the best and least crowded beaches in town. With only one attached wall to your neighbors this beautifully furnished 2 story is all yours so there will be no strangers making noise above you. This home comes with two parking spots in the garage just for you. Located on a residential side street, it is an easy, safe and short walk to the beach. From check in to check out, our experience was perfect! We received a very thoughtful and generous gift upon arrival. The house was so clean, so spacious and so beautiful with natural light and sea breeze!! My family wanted to stay forever!! The walk to the ocean was literally 2 minutes and perfect for my mom and daughter who are both fighting cancer. We will definitely stay here any time we visit CA!!

Perfect Beach Getaway with Comfort and Style

We loved our stay at this beautiful Newport Beach home—just a block from the sand and an easy walk to great restaurants and shops. The décor was stylish, the home was spotless, and having a dedicated garage parking spot was a big plus. We had one minor issue that was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated. I was speaking at a conference in Huntington Beach and was so grateful to return each evening to such a peaceful, well-designed home near the beach. The two kitchens make it perfect for sharing with others, but it was ideal for just my husband and me. We’d love to stay again!

A Perfect Stay

This property was the perfect size a location for the weekend visit we planned. The check in was seamless as was checkout. This little beach bungalow was perfect for our stay in Newport! The property manager is extremely communicative, friendly, and hospitable. We had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our time there, including a cooler, beach towels, chairs, etc. to take to the beach. Comfy beds, outdoor space with grill, gas fireplace inside- we loved it all! The (garage) parking space is definitely an added bonus!

Close to some of the best surfer beaches in Newport. Compact and comfortable the only adjustment we made was the addition of a box fan to provide a little white noise. Very comfy beds, private parking spot, access to washer/dryer and a helpful property manager. Plenty of beach towels and goodies.

Perfect property!

My kids and I had a wonderful vacation to Newport Beach and this was the perfect property for us during our stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, and we even had garage parking. The beach toys, chairs, umbrella and a body board were available for us to use, making it so much easier than hauling all of that with us from home or buying new when we arrived. A thoughtful welcome note and some chocolates greeted us when we arrived. Highly recommend this property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worth every star

This place is every bit as lovely as the photos! I came to Newport Beach for a weekend trip to go sailing and the annual Newport Beach International Boat Show. Coming back to this rental was the cherry on top of each beautiful day we spent on the water. One unexpected joy of this VRBO was the water pressure. It was like a warm massage each morning. It was so good, I've gone out and bought the same shower head! TMI? No way. You will 100% enjoy this rental. Worth every penny.

An excellent location with a great vibe

I will definitely book this place in the future. It was a perfect size for my teen son and myself, and we both loved the tasteful decor. Location was so close to my mom's assisted living and having the beach just 90 seconds away was such a treat. We walked down to the pier multiple times, and it was just glorious for two PNWers, weary from the winter grey and damp. I was grateful to David in being helpful and patient during the booking process (I made a silly error that was a hassle to overcome with VRBO), and communication was excellent. Although the flat is very serene in terms of vibe, we were definitely aware of the upstairs neighbor as well as a bit of traffic noise outside. The keypad is somewhat sticky, and we had a bit of panic in trying to get in on our arrival very late at night. And for those anxious about the security of their stuff, this might not be a comfortable choice due to an unusual interior door situation and the lack of lock between the flat and the upstairs unit. But the positives definitely outweigh those negatives, and I would recommend highly! PS: Simple tip for improvement--Decaf coffee drinkers always appreciate having a supply of appropriate pods to meet their needs. : )
