Condo was exactly what we needed and as described! Gwen was super responsive with all our questions...location was perfect. We would certainly stay again!
We went to Newport Beach for a wedding weekend. This house was in a perfect location - easy to walk to nearby restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. Highly recommend.
Cute apartment stocked with everything you need. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, which we did not do. Lots of toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner, body wash and soap in the bathrooms. Very helpful. Location was walkable to may shops and restaurants. Lido island is fun to walk around. Host was very hands on and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
Good location, though on main entrance street for Lido Isle. Clean & roomy for location. Must be thin, uninsulated walls, as noise from person in back part of house come through. Prominent in the VRBO listing were hot tub/spa, outdoor area with grill. When we arrived & asked where these were, agent said she would correct this mistake in the listing; and that there was a bbq grill in the nearby park. Very disappointing at first, but still a good stay in a good location.
This beautiful home was absolutely perfect. Gwen has it stocked with everything anyone could need, the parking was easy, and the location was completely unbeatable. Gwen was responsive and helpful. I felt like I was staying as a guest in her home and our time there could not have been better.
We had the pleasure of being guests at this exceptional vacation rental property just last week. We traveled from Colorado and were hoping for a change of pace from mountain motifs. Not only was this property impeccably clean and comfortable it also gave us such a taste of Southern California with the excellent Hollywood glam design. This is a property replete with details that delighted at every corner. Kitchen was very well-equipped for cooking or carrying-in. Bathrooms were wonderful. It is located in a beautiful residential area with excellent walking infrastructure, and only a short walk to the beach. The entire neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and gave us that little boost we needed to make it to spring in the Mile-High city. Warm thanks to our hosts for providing such a wonderful get-away.

Noisy and cold atmosphere
We would like to review the two night we stay we had at this location so others are aware of unpleasant circumstances we experienced. The first thing we want to comment on is the decor, it was was odd, with pink comforters, bull dogs everywhere and uncomfortable beds, sofa and chairs. Next when the upstairs neighbor got home you could hear him walking around and opening and closing closet doors. It was very noisy and we were unable to get to sleep until after midnight with the extreme noise. This happened both nights when we were there. The other issue was the owner never told us there was parking in the rear so we parked on the street and had to take Ubers to make sure space was available.
