Sitting quietly in a charming cul-de-sac, it boasts remodeled coastal style touches and is fully fenced with privacy hedges around most of the home.
Conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, parks, performing arts theater, South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island, Disneyland, and John Wayne Airport, this home is situated in the perfect location for a Southern California beach getaway.
Master bathroom includes a bidet and steam in the shower.
Master bedroom has a gas fireplace.
Gas fireplace in the living room.
Bathrooms are brand new, renovated Summer 2020.
Two living areas, one can be a playroom or game room.
Outdoor fire pit and BBQ (gas and charcoal with smoker).
