Please review prior to submitting your booking. \-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. \- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. \- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. \- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. The views were spectacular. It was a very nice relaxing trip. The sound of the waves at night was great. We loved sitting on the downstairs patio having coffee in the mornings and sipping a cold beer on the upstairs balcony in the evening. Check in was easy and the property management communication was helpful. It is in a great location in Newport Beach, with a 15 min walk into town near the Pier with restaurants, stores, etc. We spent a lot of time on the patio which is right on the beach.
