The unit is located one half block from the ever-popular 44th Street beach, and walking distance to several favorite commercial establishments. Park the car in the garage, and navigate the area on foot or on bike like the locals! The beach was nice. More of a shore break so kids could t really play in the water to deep. Surfers seemed to of liked it. We packed up and drove to the peir 1 morning to teach the kids how to surf a d play in the water. Only a 5 minute drive but a 20 min walk. Overall it was nice, lots of houseware amenities.
