If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- This home is located in a quaint, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a 0 tolerance policy for smoking and outdoor noise past quiet hours. \- The fireplace in the primary bedroom is non-operational. \- The downstairs bathroom has a tub shower that requires stepping over and into the tub. \- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Parking Details: Garage accommodates 2 cars. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. We’ve been getting together for 40 years now. This was a beautiful house and had 5 bedrooms with king beds so very comfortable! We grew up in this area and know all the great places and don’t necessarily need to be right on the beach. We stay in a lot and laugh, play games and drink wine! My only complaint is they did not have wine glasses!! They had little stemless glasses but we like wine glasses. Also the kitchen isn’t stocked real well like other houses we’ve stayed at. There were 9 of us to celebrate my Mom’s 90th birthday. The place was perfect being so close to the airport and the beach. We had had tickets to the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach which was not too far down the Pacific Coast Highway. A big plus for each of the couples was to have their own room upstairs and my Mom having her own room downstairs, all with King or Queen beds. We ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. The air hockey table was nice to have. There were also books, games and puzzles, but we ended up not having time to take advantage of this. Some issues that we came across during our stay which would be helpful to address for future guests: (1) end bedroom shower door adjustment needed (2) Primary bedroom lights over bed did not work (3) Stove ignitors clicking on burners \_not\_ in use if using any others (4) ice maker had constant jamming (5) no lock on downstairs bathroom (6) wifi spotty both downstairs and upstairs (7) Understood no air conditioning downstairs. Was a bit uncomfortable with doors open. With the fans going it was hard to hear others talk. I had asked ahead of time if there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to borrow, and was told that the property had none and these needed to be rented. We realized later that beach equipment and towels were available which we borrowed. All in all, our experience was wonderful. AvantStay provides amazing communications and concierge service. They checked in on us every day to see if we needed anything. It was almost as if we were staying at a hotel!
