Beach stay

Condo was in a very nice neighborhood. The manger was very quick to respond to a question we had about getting inside . Loved that the neighborhood was very quiet for a good nights sleep after our busy days . Would suggest different chairs around kitchen, since the cushions don’t offer back support and also bar stools with back support and sofa was a bit worn too . Bed was very comfortable , and overall highly recommend staying here. The floors were definitely dirty, but everything else was clean .

Everything was very nice. The steps were a bit difficult for my husband because he has a lot of disabilities, but he managed. It was a lovely area and very safe.

Fantastic stay!

Our stay in Corona del Mar was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, with top-notch cleanliness that made us feel right at home. It was peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect place to relax. The location couldn’t have been better—central to amazing shopping and fabulous restaurants, making everything so convenient. On top of that, it was very affordable for the value it offered. We will definitely look at booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Superb apartment

Lovely and junk decor free, very, very clean, superior communication with property manager, great bed, fluffy linens! Importantly, no check out tasks such as doing laundry or stripping beds (which is what a cleaning fee is for?!?), just garbage and dishwasher, easy peasy.

Very impressed with the property. Would recommend only one improvement: We had 4 senior adults join us for dinner and conversation. The furnishings - table for only 4, uncomfortable couches - do not really accommodate this type of group visit. Recommend furniture upgrade/rearrangement.

This property is the perfect weekend getaway. Great location right off Marguerite ave with a 10min walk to coffee shops, local restaurants and Corona Del Mar beach. The unit is in perfect condition - very clean and cozy. 10/10 experience would stay again.

Impeccable!

We traveled to the west coast for our son’s wedding. He lives in Irvine and the wedding was in Laguna Beach. This beautiful property was convenient to all and is walkable to shops, dining, and the beach! The apartment is exactly as presented, the property owner answered the few questions we had promptly, and the bedding was very confortable (this is at the top of our checklist!). We would highly recommend this VRBO property if you are in the area or as a destination.

This is a beautiful condo! It was so roomy & updated. It had everything we needed. There is a coffee maker, but we loved walking to Zinc Cafe every morning for coffee. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Linens and pillows were wonderful. Great water pressure in the shower. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Great 1 BR property

Everything about the property was great. The location is just a couple of block from PCH and a lot of restaurants. It's a beautiful 15 minute walk to the beach. The homes in CDM are all very close together and most are attached so I was surprised at how quiet it was. I rarely heard any outside noise and any that I did was during the day. The home was clean and really comfortable. I wanted to stay longer!

This property was wonderful. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels and bedding. Every thing was very comfortable. The parking is a little tight, so a smaller to midsize car will fit fine in the space. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, we took a lot of walks. Also we walked downtown where there are many restaurants.

All The Comforts of Home

Loved the duplex..neat and clean, quiet and pretty, roomy too; peaceful setting near all. Walked to dinner and breakfast although we could have cooked a meal there in the well equipped kitchen there are many good places to visit. Beach is gorgeous and we rode our bikes to inspiration point..what more could we ask for? We will be back!!

I loved my 5 day stay at this property ! It was everything the photos show - spotless like walking into a new home. Roya was wonderful and a great host. It is a short 5-10 minute block to the beach! I highly recommend!

An amazing property!

This home was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed- even laundry soap. The area was absolutely lovely. Plenty of great food nearby. The carport was large enough for me to park my Expedition relatively easily.

Fabulous Villa

The villa was immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything that one would need. Roya was a wonderful hostess and always quick to answer any questions that I had. The location is wonderful - not far from the beach and restaurants but far enough away to be separate from the crowds. I especially liked the dedicated, covered parking space for my vehicle given that parking spaces in Newport Beach and Corona del Mar are very limited. I will be back.

Beautiful home, great location and wonderful host!

My partner and I stayed at this location for about a week. She rented this place for my birthday and for us to celebrate the New Year. The place is absolutely beautiful, there is ample parking, the neighborhood is quiet, great restaurants walking distance and a great sized kitchen. The Host was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations. The best part was having the beach be a 10-minute walk from the place. We will be back! Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning

This property was the best place I have stayed in. The location was perfect, everything was clean and there wasn’t one thing missing. All the little amenities were included but I really loved the extras like the grill and washer and dryer. The host was fantastic as well with quick responses and she was there if you needed her but also wasn’t a bother. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to stay here again soon.

The property is in a perfect location, a 7 minute walk to the beach, 4 minute walk to shops and restaurants in quaint Corona del Mar village. The breeze in the home is perfect as you can open windows and doors on all sides of the home and take in the aroma of the ocean air. Inside, the amenities are of the best quality. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was high end and very comfortable. I felt like I was in my own home on the first night.
