Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully presented and maintained, making it a long-time favorite for many of our returning guests year after year. Plan ahead to ensure there is still availability for your dates! The unit while on the smaller size, was perfect for the 3 of us. It is only a one-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy get in some exercise and enjoy our time there. We had one issue with a sink backing up, but the management was very responsive and had someone there to fix it that same day which was much appreciated. ##### Bobbi W. Everything was clean and comfortable.It was the perfect place to stay for a beach trip, and also worked great for some Disney days.The garage was a little weird, and since the exterior door opens inwards it wasn’t possible to fit two cars on our designated side - but plenty of space for one car. Other than some unexpected high temperatures, we had a great stay. Proximity to the beach is just what we needed. Cool breeze off the ocean in the evening made the hot days bearable. The property is an easy walk to the Newport Pier, and a lovely bike ride to Lido or the Balboa Peninsula. We loved being so close to the beach to come back for lunches and bathroom breaks. The home is clean, well-supplied, and comfortable. It was great having a dedicated garage given parking challenges in the neighborhood (although its not really two spaces - we could only fit one car). We will likely rent again! ##### Patty S. We stayed at other beach cottages in the area and were custom to small spaces, but this one was surprisingly large. Including a laughably long hallway that joins all rooms and bedrooms. We only had two minor issues during our stay, but both were quickly resolved, and I called to the property manager who addressed both quickly. We were pleased with the extremely close proximity to shops and restaurants near the pier. Likely to return in the future. ##### Ryan L. This condo was extremely clean and newly redone. Excellent stay one block from the beach. All within walking distance of restaurants and shops. You could see the beautiful ocean from the deck.
