  • Picture yourself and your family enjoying this newly remodeled, luxury beach cottage on the coveted Balboa Island Grand Canal. Relish this charming meticulously maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with with air-conditioning, private EV charging, brand new Coleman gas grill for your al-fresco dining on the enclosed side patio, new stackable Electrolux washer and dryer located in the master bedroom, additional outside washer and dryer for sandy beach towels. Enjoy paddle boarding from your private dock or lounging with a beverage of choice as the sun sets. When evenings get cool cozy up to the warmth of the living room fireplace while relaxing after a long day exploring Balboa Island. There are two moorings available if you choose to rent or bring a small boat.


    WEEKLY: $4,638—$6,370 • MONTHLY OFF-SEASON: $7,525
    Weekly and Monthly Pricing includes all fees and are subject to change pending on duration of stay.
