This unique home consists of a two bedroom, two bath front house with a private one bedroom one bath unit (includes kitchen) above the garage in the rear of the building. Large front patio with great ocean views, two car parking with another space behind, and non-coin up laundry in the garage. \*\*Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning\*\* General Info: Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed. \*\*All reservations are subject to owner approval\*\* Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed. It was great! Plenty of towels, utensils and pots/pans. The provided soap/shampoo was helpful as well! There were many fans which were needed because a lot of the windows do not open. That would be our only complaint. Roughly half the windows don't open and the majority of the others need an additional piece of something to hold them open. One window in the casita was broken from the start. It was locked at only an inch open which greatly restricted air flow. On hot days this made for a very uncomfortable few hours in the late afternoon. Other than that we had a wonderful time! ##### Nathan Z. The furniture and carpeting is soiled and needs cleaning. The sofas smell and also need a good cleaning. When we arrived one of the blinds covering a window was broken and leaning against the wall.
