Our spacious three-bedroom, two-bath retreat with 1,200 sq. ft. of beachside comfort and style is located on 28th Street, this lower-level home offers a relaxing getaway and all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Perfectly situated for both convenience and serenity, you're only a half block from the beach, two blocks from local markets, and just minutes from Newport Beach's best attractions. From our property, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. Conveniently located near the grocery store, 30+ restaurants & bars and the Balboa Fun Zone which are all within a 2-15 minute walk. Spend time experiencing fun daytime adventures with The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures which all depart from the Balboa Pier. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
