Perfect location - walking distance to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores or ride around on the bikes provided along with boogie boards, toys, volleyball, basketball, tennis rackets and more!
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee provided, comfortable, and relaxing.
Fans and smart TV's in every room.
Walking distance to the boardwalk, which starts 2 blocks away, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, the fun zone, pier, Lido marina, shopping, surfing, boogie boarding and restaurants.

After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it here! For the entire family, enjoy the amusement rides at the Fun Zone, numerous gift shops, and lots of bike riding, scooters, volleyball, and more.

Load and start the dishwasher

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to ensure the barbecue gas tank is turned off and covered. Let us know if the propane tank is low or needs to be replaced Clean up any dog doo if any.
If you use the heater, please make sure you leave the pilot light ON. Return Bose speaker and garage remotes to the kitchen drawer.
Close all windows and doors. Lock the bikes up in the garage by twos. Let us know if you've damaged anything or anything needs to be replaced. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. We loved that there were bikes we could use, chairs for when we sat on the beach, and we were walking distance to so many great Newport Beach spots. My only very minor complaint was that it was located on Balboa, which can get a little noisy, but it only bothered the upstairs bedroom occupant. We brought ear plugs so it was all good.

The location was perfect! There was a dog area right across the street. The beach was just steps away. We had 5 people in our group. It was the perfect size. Having bikes and chairs available was super convenient. Communication was outstanding. Check in process was simple. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect location if your not looking to be right at the pier but close enough to walk. My kids enjoyed not being in the hustle and bustle of the pier the entire stay. They were able to ride the bikes to and from so it was perfect. My one and only “negative” is if your inviting people to join you for the day at the beach, parking is very limited in this particular area. It’s a neighborhood vibe feel, very homey atmosphere. My kids really enjoyed this area of the water.

Great beach neighborhood

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet in the evenings. The house was in great condition and in a wonderful spot. The beach is a short walk from the house and there are plenty of things to do in the area.

Everything was perfect!

Perfect Newport Beach getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s place, everything was as described. The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect, and we had everything we needed to cook. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay again!

Great Property and Location

Wonderful stay at this well appointed and maintained rental. So close to beach, park and restaurants. All the beach amenities you need plus getting around on the bikes was so convenient! Just was responsive and helpful, and made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back

Fantastic beach home!

Andrea’s property was cozy, comfortable and an amazing place to vacation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach house and all the included amenities. The bikes, volleyball, beach chairs, sand toys, fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Little touches like water and slippers in each room made it feel extra special. Check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend this sweet little beach cottage!

A great time at the beach!

Enjoyed the property and all of the amenities. It was perfect for myself, 3 children and my older parents. Especially loved that we had 2 parking spaces as that can be quite tricky in that area. Would love to visit again!

Location, Location, Location!

Rather you’re doing a family trip, girls/guys trip, adult only trip, this house will not disappoint! We loved the location…accommodates everyone. Our family with kids ages ranging from 12-29 were greatly pleased with the basketball court across the street, the proximity of the beach (so close), restaurants/bars/shopping all within walking distance, beautiful neighborhood for long walks, and the cherry on top were 6 bikes that could accommodate our family of 6. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. Beach toys, chairs, towels all provided along with special touches all around the house…soaps, detergent, coffe creamer, extra blankets, games, and a personal list of favorite restaurants and fun things to do. We were so impressed and will definitely book this house again!!!

Great house

We had to find a place quickly and with a dog we weren’t sure there would be anything available and if so, we thought it would probably be gross. It was wonderful to walk in and find things well kept and provided lots of amenities. Andrea was super helpful and communicated well with all my questions and left good instructions for when we arrived. Recommend this listing.

What an awesome stay

Great property, great location and host. Took my family of 5 to this great beach house. The host had everything we needed to live life and enjoy our vacation. Home has dedicated parking which is huge in Newport, walking distance to the beach, the grocery store and restaurants. Home was super clean and inviting. Thanks for a great experience all around.

Great Beach Getaway

The beach house was exactly as described and we had a great stay. Super short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a nice park across the street if traveling with pets and looking for a place for them to go. Enjoyed sitting out in front with morning coffee and we used the BBQ once for dinner. Thanks for hosting us!

Comfortable stay, everything you need.

We really enjoyed the location of this rental. The beach was just steps away, as well as the beach bike trail. The unit is stocked with everything you might need for a stay by the sand. Thanks for letting us bring the pets, it was nice to spend time with them while working remotely.

Easy walk to the beach and host is wonderful

I stayed with my husband and kids (2 adult children and their spouses). We ate out or carried in the whole time as it was easy to walk everywhere. Bikes and boogie boards were great. Front porch table was great for eating take out.

Great location and amenities

Unfortunately, we only had a few days to enjoy this cute little bungalow. Most of our time was spent doing parent events at our son’s college, but we were able to enjoy the beach for a couple of hours for a couple of days. The location to the beach is fantastic, and bikes and chairs are provided. We didn’t have time to use the bikes, but we totally would have appreciated that amenity if time allowed. The house is definitely on a busy road, but it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. My only critique is it would be nice to offer some taller beach chairs. If you’re looking for a great location, clean home, and great amenities, this rental is it!

Nice house close o beach

We enjoyed our stay, nice size rooms for our family of 5 (3 small kids). Had everything we needed. Parking is a bit tight but doable (we have a Subaru Ascent). 3 min walk to beach. Front porch can be a bit loud as Balboa Blvd is busy, but not bad. The one drawback were the mosquito's! I didn't know CA had them but there were everywhere and in the house. Overall a nice place for a beach vacation.
