This ground floor 3 bedroom/2 bath unit contains furnishings and decor that reflect a stylish beachside motif. Professionally outfitted from top to bottom, every detail and amenity has been provided for guests to enjoy a memorable Newport Beach vacation. Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: \- Leather sofa set and cable TV \- Bay view dining table with seating for six \- Large bayfront windows and sliding glass doors to access both patios KITCHEN: \- Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, all major and small appliances \- Breakfast bar/pass-thru from kitchen to living room \- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: Bedroom #1: Queen bed; secondary access door to hallway bathroom; located just off living room Bedroom #2: Twin bunk bed set; located at end of hallway Bedroom #3 (Primary): King bed; cable TV; en-suite bathroom EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Our family rented one entire house (2 units) and found it exactly, or better, than described! They were both immaculate! We also rented some extra items like chairs, pack'n'play, wagon, roll away bed, etc., all affordable and all of it was there when we arrived. They put an extremely old coin-operated dryer in the garage. We don't even know if it is operatable or clean. We took a last minute trip to Newport and had a blast! The only thing that was missing was a washer/dryer. The only downside was that the kitchen sink faucet really needs to be replaced water pressure is extremely low and one of the shower doors also needs to be replaced because it does not close correctly. ##### Jeannette R. Poor planning when they remodeled as they could have put in better sound barriers. You could hear way to much...footsteps, conversation, and it did not need to be that way. There are several inexpensive things you could do to make this place great (vs.good) Suggestions-drywall, paint, floors, toilet paper holder, provide Kleenex, replace kitchen dishes and utensils, new couches and master bed frame and mattress, add real doors for closets. ##### Julie J. After signing waivers for no partying a party occurred above us. Extremely frustrating when little ones woke up. There was a trick to secure a door and that was not shared until after we left. The location was great, we were able to walk to the grocery store and even the lido marina village. Parking was a bit of a challenge on the street, but having the garage space was great. The property was beautiful although we were disappointed in the quality of towels provided. There weren't very many provided and they were very thin and threadbare. Also ran out of toilet paper our second night there so had to go buy our own. Just didn't seem like the quality of items provided really matched the property. Otherwise was a great experience.
