Very responsive to needs. Great communication. The property’s location is excellent…doesn’t get much better. The size of the property is also excellent. We had 12 staying there and had beds to spare. Many broken drawers, just 2 forks in lower kitchen, burner not working on stove, broken ladder on upper bunk, lower shower in desperate need of updating, looks and feels like a dorm shower, open stove vent sitting directly against living room couch, holes, cracks, and peeling paint in lots of places. This could be a great rental if just normal upkeep was done but I would not stay there again. ##### Anne S.
