The management company needs better oversight. The house could have been cleaner. In a house that sleeps 8, there were 8 clothes hangers, 4 washcloths and 1 hairdryer. There were only 3 of us and we made do. The master bedroom sink had a serious clog upon arrival which we cleared with Drano and then were scolded rudely when we reported it. The bed cover in the master bedroom was covered in spots so we were not comfortable to use it. If you have a car, you will access the house via a narrow alley from the carport. The exterior lightbulb was burned out and it was a bit dark. The 24 hour emergency number is not always staffed for immediate response. The maintenance person, Bobby, was kind and helpful .If I were the owner, I would consider a new manager that pays better attention. ##### Starr O. Easy access to the beach and surrounding areas. Neighborhood was quiet which was what we were looking for. The home was not cleaned up to our standards for this price point. The floors were quite dirty and the hosts do not leave you any cleaning products to clean it yourself. The home could use a new refrigerator as it is dented and old and the freezer door only closes with force as the ice tray is broken. Home could use some updates as everything is pretty dated. We did experience an issue with the Air Conditioning during our stay and it was not resolved until two nights later. We spent two nights with the home at 88 degrees so it was quite uncomfortable. That was disappointing but the hosts were very communicative during that time. I likely would not stay in this home again unless some updates were made or the price was a little less.
