Only guests named on the rental agreement are permitted on the property.
No additional visitors are allowed.
🏛️ City of Newport Beach Requirements
🔞 Primary renter must be 25+ years of age
🖊️ The signer of the rental agreement must occupy the property for the full duration of the stay
🚫 Renting for underage occupants without a qualified renter present is prohibited
📄 A signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required to complete your reservation. Please contact us if you would like to review the agreement in advance.
🚗 Parking Enforcement
No illegal parking, including behind the garage or in the alley. Violations may result in city fines of $2,000+ for which the renter is responsible.
🔕 Noise Enforcement
Parties or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000+ and/or immediate eviction without refund, for which the renter is responsible.
📹 Exterior security cameras are in place.

🐕 Dogs are prohibited on the beach from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM year-round, in accordance with local regulations.
