The host was excellent and the location is unmatched! This is our second time staying and we truly love it! Could use a tiny bit of maintenance on the ceiling fans, but that's my only note! Loved it, would recommend in a heartbeat!

In town for some concerts with another couple. It was perfect for our party size and we loved walking across the street for meals. The beach walk was short and lovely and the neighbors were kind. Would definitely stay again.

#### Wedding Stay

We stayed here for our little honeymoon after eloping in Laguna Beach in December. Management was quick and professional to answer any questions we had before our stay. Rich met us at check-in and was fantastic! We also had the opportunity to meet the owners of the home who were incredibly welcoming and generous! Location was amazing. The home was amazing. Management was amazing. We have been looking forward to a future stay and just rebooked for Thanksgiving week. Can’t wait to stay again!

#### Perfect for a family staying in Newport Beach

The house was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the beach. Having beach towels, chairs, toys, etc available to use was a great perk. Having a garage parking space was also a bonus because street parking is hard to come by.

Perfect location…very friendly host with clear and easy communication! All needs met and more! Description and pics all accurate. For my kids it was fantastic to have access to bay and ocean all within a few blocks! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great location - one block to the beach, walking distance to a convenient shopping center with coffee, food options. The house is just what we anticipated. Small, but very nice, especially for a beach pad. Lots of sand toys, boogie boards, etc. to keep the kids happy.

#### BEAUTIFUL!!!

We came for our daughter's 5th birthday weekend and could not have chosen a better spot! An easy drive to Disney but in such a calming and gorgeous spot by the beach so that mom and dad got to relax as well! There were so many walkable spots to check out near the house and it truly was such an incredible stay! Great neighborhood, beautiful house, couldn't ask for anything more and we cant wait to book it again next year! Thank you Rich!!

The location was amazing, just a block off the beach. We loved being able to walk back to the house to grab a snack and rinse off. Bike rentals were super easy and fun to ride around town. Sheryl and Rollo are amazing! Rollo is wonderful - very hospitable and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

The property had such a fab location being so close to the beach and was very cozy. There were many beach toys and equipment which helps especially if flying in and not driving. We were checked in by Rollo who was a total gent, very friendly and SO helpful. The only downside was not being able to stay longer

Location was amazing and Rich was awesome to work with! I encourage you to bring your own toiletries/small amenities as a few of those items are very basic. Sheets and pillows (and everything!) was all very clean but seemed pretty inexpensive and not super comfortable. Basic items but location and extra house items made up for it!

#### Short but sweet

I was in the San Diego/LA area for work for over a week. I decided to stay here as a break from hotels. It was a great spot with incredible access to the peaceful beach. They thought of everything at this rental. There were noise machines in each room, awesome bikes, beach chairs and a hot pot for us tea drinkers. The attention to detail was phenomenal.

#### Great home by the beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our time there - boogie boards, coolers, chairs, beach umbrella. The beds were comfortable, TV's worked great, kitchen was adequately supplied in order to make meals. I was able to pre-order groceries through Pavillion, and had them delivered the day we arrived. All of the food was put away prior to our arrival, that was so convenient and saved us a bunch of time. The only minor thing I would change would be to have AC in the home. It was very warm at night, so we used the fans which helped.
