We actually parked our car in the attached garage and did not move it till we left. Everything is within walking distance--shopping, eating, kayaking and jogging/walking around the 2 mile of the island. The condo was clean with a large living/dining/kitchen area. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. It didn’t affect us but Just be aware that Balboa Island is currently installing high bandwidth fibre so there is quite a lot of construction work ongoing on the island with road closures and heavy equipment in most areas. . ##### Carl D. The house had lots of beach toys which the kids really appreciated and couch was comfy for relaxing after a long day playing! The company checked in when we arrived and when I shared that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I hoped, they were willing to send someone out right away to clean.
