This is one of the most conveniently located and nicest rentals in all of Newport Beach. Steps to the sand, and walk to the pier in 5 mins. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Two Twins Common Space: Full size Futon on 3rd level This property centrally located on 28th Street just a 5 min walk south of the Newport Beach pier. You can walk anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach. Guests can access unit b in back of home, carport B (no garage), Private Rooftop deck IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: \-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. \- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation. \-This is the upper (2nd & 3rd Level) of a duplex home. My husband and I were looking for quick, relaxing getaway and this couldn't have been more perfect. The house was cozy & clean, and outside of the grill needing an upgrade, all the amenities were as listed. We entertained some friends on the rooftop deck and everyone loved it. It was truly just a few steps from the beach, which was also quite clean, and most importantly it was very affordable!! Well worth the price. We had a lovely stay at this property with our 3 teenage children. We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament in Irvine and we loved being able to spend the off time on the beach. The property is cute and has a very large 3rd floor patio. Our only issues were that the cleaning crew upon check in was a few hours behind, the propane tank was empty, and there are no towels hooks anywhere in the bathroom. The property manager dropped of some gift cards to a local restaurant for us to apologize for the lateness of the cleaning crew and also had someone drop off a new propane tank upon request.
