I stayed here for a weekend with my niece and my dog. I loved everything about this cabin. It has so much character (it’s definitely older but I think that added to the charm!) it’s much more spacious than I expected, in a great location, cozily decorated, very clean, and well stocked. It had everything we needed and more. My dog was SO comfortable here, I’ve never had traveling with a dog be such a breeze. The host responds to messages quickly and is beyond accommodating. The cottage was clean and roomy enough for 3\. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen area could use some better lighting. The back deck looked pretty new but there was no seating on it. One important thing to know is there are no restaurants in the area open on Monday night which is the one night we stayed! We had to drive 15-20 minutes into Newland to find food. The open space inside was great for our family including the games.The yard was great for our dogs. This cabin is definitely pet friendly so you won't have to leave the fur babies at home.
