Our room was clean but a little shabby. Rough remodeling work
However, the staff was amazing and were going back (and staying in another room) just because of the staff. Chuck and Miss Dee Dee made us fell at home.
One important issue, they have 3 floors with old steep stairs and no elevator! They need to notify clients about this when they chose rooms.

Common area impressive and kitsch at the same time. Overall, Beautiful manor in a rather nice neighborhood. Breakfast was not the best, could do some efforts here.
