"Positives: *Registration process was very simple & not at all intrusive. *The view from the room was lovely: overlooked the golf course green & swimming pool. *The size of the room and bathroom was very comfortable. *Front desk person Peter’s mood the next day. Seemed in better spirits. *Was given an 11:00 am check-out but… Negatives: *Was greeted by Peter at front desk who seemed annoyed and irritated – perhaps not having a good day. *The room smelled like stale cigarette & when the aircon was turned on it exacerbated the terrible smell. *The aircon & filters need cleaning / changing. *Peter did provide an 11:00 am check-out but forgot to let house-keeping know… *The room looked nothing like the photo on Expedia. *Hotel hasn’t been well-maintained, cleaned or cared for. *They have indicatively NOT mopped or scrubbed the tiled area in the hallway, bathroom & shower for many, many years. The colour difference between high traffic areas & areas not utilised, is very obvious. *The fly screen mesh in the window panel was torn away. *The door chain was old and rusty & the door handle had been replaced but it was a shabby job on an old door. *Mattress & pillows way too soft, unsupportive & uncomfortable. "

"Stay was good and here is constructive comment. 1/ Light over fridge area was flickering and I could not use main light. (Needs replacing) 2/ Visible dust on bedside lamp (Thick) 3/ I know this is a bit soft but TV upgrade to smart TV may be something to consider. Overall my stay was very good and I would stay again."

"Great location for event we attended Staff were helpful and friendly Provided gluten free options at breakfast which was appreciated Room good size for the 3 of us Just needed a bit more focus on cleaning here and there as bedside tables were dirty and found some hair in my son's bed "

"For a hotel of this standard, there were some letdown areas. Shower head wouldn’t stay up, air conditioning didn’t work properly, and while there were plenty of staff in the restaurant, the service was slow and lacking experience around what was/wasn’t offered at the hotel. "

"Don’t arrive after 10pm, we had arranged 11pm check in but when we arrived they made us wait in the car for 30 minutes until someone turned up to check us in. The pool was filthy so couldn’t swim. The apartment had no windows but it had a skylight in the bedroom so we were woken up early every morning (terrible design). Good location, big apartment, expensive parking."
