This spacious and stylish 5-bedroom maisonette is perfect for families, groups, and business travellers seeking a comfortable stay in Newcastle upon Tyne. Located on Kingsley Terrace, this property offers the ideal blend of luxury, privacy, and convenience. Four of the five bedrooms features a comfortable double bed, modern furnishings, and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. Whether you’re visiting for a few nights or a longer stay, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home. Bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms, four with an en-suite bathroom, cozy bedding, and ample storage space. Living Area: A spacious and beautifully decorated lounge with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light. Perfect for relaxing or socializing after a day exploring the city. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and everything you need to cook up a feast! Dining Area: Large dining table with seating for 10, ideal for shared meals or working remotely. Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and modern fittings. Amenities: Wi-Fi Smart TV with streaming options Fresh linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries Washer Iron and ironing board Free on-street parking Guests will have full access to the property and all amenities. Self-check-in is available with a lockbox for added convenience. We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is are local shops a few minutes walk away. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. WHO IS PASS THE KEYS Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
