Rustic Maine cottage on bank of Damriscotta River with dock and river access. A historic, classic New England area with fresh seafood and produce abound -- plus many outdoor activities to enjoy. The property is downtown, a short walk to the charming twin villages of Newcastle and Damriscotta in mid-coast Maine. Many excellent restaurants and artisan shops all nearby. For getting outdoors -- hiking, kayaking, boating, beach and other ocean activities in the area. There are also beautiful lakes and esturine waters all around.
