Super cute 1 bedroom 1 bath loft. Newly remodeled with fully equipped eat in kitchen. Close to shopping, restaurants. Within walking distance of historic area and river. Above a shop, stairs to loft. Close to Deaconess hospital and Evansville IN. Close to grocery store and laundromat. Private entrance with no contact lock . No pets, no parties.

This loft is upstairs please be aware of steps and weather conditions
