"Very comfortable and well-equipped room with modern decor and bathroom amenities. The staff is friendly, bed was comfortable and the location is excellent for exploring downtown Morgantown and the WVU main campus. Despite having some very loud bars/clubs nearby, none of that noise was heard in the room or even in the lobby. While the adjoining parking garage is out of service at the moment, we were given access to the city parking garage nearby which was very convenient. Our second stay here and we'll be back. Also very near to a great coffee shop, just a block away, called The Grind."

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. It’s a beautiful old boutique hotel, but updates would be good. My room was not cleaned properly, with dusty areas, carpet stains and wall stains. There weren’t enough towels, especially when the room isn’t made up daily (which we didn’t realize that we had to request to have our room turned over) Staff is always friendly and attentive. And the accessibility to WVU downtown campus can’t be beat."

"One minor gripe. When I got into take a shower in the morning there was just enough shampoo in the bottle on the wall to wash my hair. The conditioner and the body wash were empty. Luckily my wife brought some."
