Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located in the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley.

Flat #1: This one-bedroom Suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. Featuring a full modern kitchen, dining area, and separate living room. The living room features an electric fireplace, a large couch, and chairs for ample seating. These sophisticated suites provide space for relaxation and privacy. The adjacent bedroom offers a king bed, ample clothing storage, and a second television. The en-suite bathroom features a lovely tiled standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer. 

NOTE: The bedroom is located alongside of 1st Street in Newberg, which is a main road for vehicles. Traffic noise can be heard, but we do provide ear plugs, and the TV, alarm clock, and A/C unit are great features for creating white noise for light sleepers.

This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful, historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk — there is a steep flight of stairs you’ll need to climb to reach your unit, and there is no elevator in the building. We recommend bringing in luggage carefully and taking your time on the stairs.
