"No hot water in bathroom - Could not take a comfortable shower. Icy cold water made brushing one's teeth and washing up uncomfortable. We only stayed one night so we put up with it. Did report this during checkout, and the person at the desk apologized. We will consider other hotels when I return to Saratoga"

"Breakfast was excellent, hotel accommodation were clean and wonderful but at checkout they doubled charged for my dog and when I requested they put charges on a cc other than the one I used to book my room, both my cards were charged $400 and it took about two weeks and two phone calls to correct the issue. I now ask to check my bill before I check out to make sure all is in order."

"Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, parking is ok if you get there early enough to get a parking spot, the fan had a strange odor to it and there was a sound of pipes clanking all night so didn’t get much sleep, also disappointed because the website says there’s robes in every room but there wasn’t it was an ok stay "

"The house was exactly as listed. An absolutely beautiful home within walking distance to broadway for shopping, dining and entertainment. The house was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal. Dave was very responsive to our questions and easy to communicate with. Our party of 7 truly loved this house and we are already talking about booking again. 100% would recommend this home and host. "
