This apartment is professionally managed by Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated supplier of short-term furnished housing with over 25 years of experience in the industry. This 50-story high-rise luxury building towers above Madison Square Park, with amenities such as a full-service concierge, 24-hour attended lobby, fitness center, laundry facilities and wrap-around roof deck. The rest of the city is at your fingertips, as many subway lines are a 10-minute walk away.  
Stay downtown in casual-cool yet sophisticated style in this two-bedroom apartment, featuring gorgeous finishes like engineered wood-plank flooring, large-scale precision windows, top-of-the-line appliances, copious closet space and a modern bathroom. The bed provided is queen size, fitted with plush linens and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.  
  
Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets.
