This apartment has been renovated and custom designed with VERY high ceilings, beautiful ceramic tile floors, Italian leather furniture, and thick comfortable beds.
The location is amazing! Walking distance from the famous Astoria Park, Steinway Street, and Broadway. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and delis within walking distance.

Clean, renovated but constructed in the house early am on Sat and Sunโ€ฆdrilling, banging

It was a nice renovated apartment but the home was clearly still being worked on . Management should ensure work is not done during a rental , especially not early am on weekends. I informed mgmt on Sat but it seems my voice wasnโ€™t heard as my boys and I woke up from the noise early Sun on Motherโ€™s Day.
